Twenty Years Later

Avery Mason, a TV reporter who hosts American Events, pursues a gruesome murder decades after the investigation was abandoned when new DNA technology identifies a 9/11 victim as Victoria Ford. Victoria had been accused of killing her married lover, a successful novelist found hanging from the balcony of his Catskills mansion, and the rope, the bedroom, and the crime scene were covered in Victoria’s DNA. Victoria made a chilling final call from the North Tower on the morning of 9/11 begging her sister Emma Kind to prove her innocence. Emma has waited twenty years for closure and enlists Avery, who is racing to boost her profile while hiding a secret past that other players now threaten to expose.
