Cloak Games

The High Queen of the Elves has conquered Earth, but the narrator's focus is narrower: getting her baby brother the treatments he needs for a potentially fatal disease. Those treatments carry a steep price, and she uses her own magic and long experience as a thief to try to pay it. A powerful Elven lord named Morvilind holds leverage over her. If she disobeys his commands, her brother will die, and many of Morvilind’s missions are so dangerous she might not live through them to see the outcome of her choices.
