War stole Frida d'Armand's crew, fortune, and the man she loved. In the depths of her despair an ancient sorcery opens and transports her to an uncharted valley, where she finds the lover she believed dead. The reunion proves to be a trap. Frida is seized by the rulers of a lost elven kingdom and given a stark choice: help an ambitious sorcerer steal an enchanted sword so they will be sent home, or refuse and die. The blade holds a sealed dragon's power and a corrupting will that threatens Frida as the quest unfolds.
